The Problem

Majority of the boots available on the market today are mass-produced at the lowest cost possible, cutting corners and taking shortcuts to maximize the bottom line. Unfortunately, churning out shoes in this manner usually results in an inferior product, sacrificing quality of leather, durability of construction, and level of comfort for the sake of profit.

Our Boots

Good Company came into existence out of a need for high-quality footwear that was timeless and accessible. We set out to make shoes made the way shoes used to be made — shoes that would endure season after season, year after year.

Utilizing classic American techniques rarely seen in modern shoes such as virtually indestructible puritan stitching and a unique stitched-through construction, our boots are able to be resoled and designed to last the test of time.

Our natural shaped footbed is designed around to the biomechanics of the foot, allowing for your feet to flex and spread comfortably while keeping the arch and heel safely supported.

Touches like a gusseted tongue to keep you safe from the elements, three layers that cushion every heel strike, and a proprietary welt more flexible than your typical Goodyear welt means a comfortable boot that moves with you from day to night, season to season.

Made for comfort, crafted for durability.

Designed by a team with decades of experience creating concepts for brands like Nike, Adidas, and Red Wing, every pair of Good Company shoes is made for comfort and handcrafted to last.

Traditional craftsmanship brought to modern boots.

Utilizing classic American techniques rarely found in modern footwear, Good Company boots feature unique stitched-out constructions, proprietary welt, and puritan stitch assembly for a durability that will last through time.

Zero break-in period

Comfort you can feel right from the start, with a fit that only gets better over time.

Engineered to the biomechanics of your foot.

Rather than relying on the artificial foam padding found in every shoe today, Good Company shoes are uniquely designed around the biomechanics of your foot, supporting every contour and movement of your step from day to night.

Good Company’s Mission

We believe that as citizens of the world, we all bear the responsibility for our action or inaction. We bear the responsibility for our conduct and our engagements with those who live around us, here on our planet Earth.

This is why we’re called Good Company. More than just the quality of the shoes we make, our name speaks to our community — our customers, partners, and stakeholders who also believe in sustainable, well-made products without hidden costs to the pocket or planet. We know that we can only change areas of OUR impact, but the ripple of a single drop can travel for miles and together, we’re in good company.

So how are we doing this?

We are leading the way of change by our own example. To keep our Earth healthy, we started our focus with sustainability-minded efforts. The Good Company team is a group of professionals who desire to make Earth-friendly products that are sustainably crafted from natural materials for people to love and enjoy.

Unlike big corporate bullies promoting oil-based synthetics, artificial components, and other man-made materials, we focus on what we call “earth-made materials” that come from and return peacefully back to Earth.

Join us in our mission to rethink how we make. You’re in good company.
